Deadline: 28-November-2025
The Fifteen Percent Pledge and Sephora have opened applications for the 2026 Sephora Beauty Grant, a $100,000 grant designed to support and elevate beauty businesses from underrepresented founders.
Focus Areas: Beauty, Haircare, Makeup/Makeup tools, Skincare, Fragrance, Bath & Body.
This program offers funding, mentorship, and visibility to help brands scale and thrive. The 2026 Sephora Beauty Grant recipient will receive $100,000 in unrestricted grant funding, pro-bono consulting support, and recognition on stage at the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala in Los Angeles on February 7, 2026. Last year’s recipient, Hannah Diop of Sienna Naturals, was recognized for her leadership, innovation, and dedication to textured haircare, and this year’s program continues that legacy by empowering another outstanding founder.
To apply, eligible businesses must sell a consumer packaged good product with an annual revenue of $100,000, be based in the United States, and have at least 51% ownership by an underrepresented founder or founding team. Eligible businesses must have been operating for at least one year and sell products within the specified beauty-related categories. Founders from traditionally overlooked backgrounds in venture capital funding are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants must create, update, or complete their business profile in the Business Equity Community to access the application questions. The application window remains open for four weeks, starting on October 28 and closing on November 28. Finalists will be notified in early January, and the grantee will be announced at the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala on February 7, 2026. A resource document is available to help applicants submit their strongest applications.
