The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Project has launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract a consulting service aimed at strengthening the leadership and innovation capacity of ONTI in the areas of interoperability, reuse, and technological openness in Argentina.
The consulting service focuses on strengthening ONTI’s leadership, promoting innovation, advancing interoperability, encouraging the reuse of technological solutions, and fostering technological openness within the public sector.
This Request for Proposals has been issued under the framework of a UNDP Project and follows the legal and regulatory provisions established through agreements between the Argentine Republic and the United Nations Development Programme. The procurement process and any resulting contract will be governed by the applicable project documentation, UNDP procedures, and the relevant agreements in force.
Proposals submitted in response to this call will be treated as offers from proponents and do not imply acceptance by the UNDP Project. The project reserves the right not to award a contract as a result of this procurement process.
Eligible proponents must comply with all requirements established in the solicitation documents. Applicants must not be suspended, barred, or otherwise declared ineligible by any United Nations entity, the World Bank, or other international organizations. They must also comply with all eligibility provisions outlined in the RFP.
Entities listed on international sanctions or terrorism-related lists, organizations disqualified from contracting with the Argentine National State, companies facing bankruptcy proceedings, firms with conflicts of interest, entities controlled by public officials, organizations with unresolved social security obligations, or applicants involved in anti-competitive practices are not eligible to participate.
Where proposals are submitted by associations, consortia, or joint ventures, each participating entity must independently meet the eligibility requirements established in the solicitation documents.
