The Vinnova is requesting applications for its Research and Development Projects within Social Action Areas in the program Swedish Metals and Minerals.
The offer is part of Swedish Metals & Minerals, a programme within the joint innovation initiative Impact Innovation by the Swedish Energy Agency, Forma and Vinnova. The programme´s mission is\”To ensure a sustainable and resilient supply of metals and minerals for society´s transition\”. This call for proposals is aimed at research and development projects with a purpose to pave the way for innovations in social sustainability and that have potential to contribute to Swedish Metals & Minerals´ mission.
Funding Information
- There is no set maximum grant amount per project, but 6–8 projects are expected to be financed within the call´s budget of SEK 25 million.
What can you apply for?
- Project with the character of industrial research or experimental development within some of the program´s Social Action Areas. The Social Action Areas are described in the program´s scope document, link to the page is in section 1 of the call text.
Eligibility Criteria
- The call for proposals is aimed at consortia consisting of at least three project partners, of which at least one is a Swedish research organisation such as a university, university college or research institute. In addition to research organisations, the consortia may consist of companies, non-governmental organisations, public organisations, associations, civil society organisations and other relevant factors that have the competence and ability to implement the project. The project participants must be legal entities.
