EIT Urban Mobility is seeking proposals for media relations support to enhance awareness and engagement around sustainable urban mobility in Europe.
The focus areas include raising awareness of the need for more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative urban mobility in Europe, positioning EIT Urban Mobility as the leading reference on urban mobility, and strengthening relationships to increase visibility among new stakeholders. The campaign targets cities, governments, institutional networks, opinion leaders, private sector players, and citizens, with activities such as press releases, thought leadership studies, interviews, and a press trip to the Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress in Barcelona.
The selected provider will coordinate pan-European and regional media relations, ensuring a strong network of journalists to support EIT Urban Mobility’s campaigns from September to December 2025. Key tasks include launching thought leadership studies, securing interviews, drafting opinion pieces, and organizing a press trip for six journalists from Germany, France, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, and the EU Bubble. The provider must also submit detailed reports on media performance and lessons learned after each campaign.
The maximum budget for the services is €15,000 (VAT excluded), with payments made upon acceptance of deliverables. Proposals must be submitted by 22nd August 2025, and the contract will run until 31st December 2025.
