The European Union, through the EU Flood Recovery Support Project implemented by UNDP in partnership with IOM, invites business entities affected by the 2024 floods in Jablanica, Konjic, and Mostar to apply for assistance.
The focus areas of the project include emergency interventions for damage repair caused by natural disasters, provision of permanent housing, economic empowerment of affected households, repair of public institutions and basic utility infrastructure, and support for businesses in re-establishing their operations.
Eligible business entities are those that employ between 1 and 250 workers, generate a total annual revenue of up to 97,790,000.00 KM, and/or have a business asset value of up to 84,099,400.00 KM. The public call for applications is open from January 5, 2026, until February 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Interested businesses are invited to carefully read the document titled “Public Call for Business Entities,” which contains all necessary information about eligibility, criteria, and the application process. Applicants must complete and submit the required supporting documentation, including the Project Proposal Form, Declaration, and Letter of Intent on Co-financing.
The selected beneficiaries will receive assistance aimed at helping them recover from the devastating impacts of the October 2024 floods and resume normal business operations with sustainable support. The project is implemented in collaboration with local government units and the responsible partner, LINK Entrepreneurial Center Mostar, ensuring targeted and effective support to affected businesses.
