The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic is inviting grant applications to support accredited international experts in offering guidance and services that enable Czech companies to thrive abroad.
The focus areas, include supporting Czech companies with an investment-oriented focus, enhancing their permanent presence abroad, reducing risks associated with entering challenging foreign markets, strengthening sustained company presence in these markets, and complementing services offered by Czech foreign missions and agencies such as CzechTrade and CzechInvest.
This call specifically applies to accredited expert entities operating in India. Under the program, 70% of the service cost is subsidized, while the remaining 30% is co-financed by the Czech company receiving the service. The total financial assistance available for all projects coordinated by the Czech Embassy in 2026 is 300,000 CZK, with a maximum of 50,000 CZK per individual project.
Accredited entities in India can assist Czech companies with a wide range of business activities, including processing business plans for market entry or investment, conducting legal, tax, financial, and legislative analyses, launching products on the market, securing licenses, certifications, product registrations, and trademarks, preparing import/export and logistics documentation, creating and coordinating supplier and partner networks, providing promotional, marketing, and PR services, supporting start-up production or services, and utilizing technical facilities.
The PROPEA/CBS program offers Czech companies a structured and subsidized pathway to expand and strengthen their operations abroad while mitigating the challenges of entering complex foreign markets.
