Deadline: 18 August 2025
Dutch film distributors can apply for a project grant for the cinema release of a foreign arthouse film or documentary selected at an international film festival in the Netherlands.
This regulation ensures that the financial risk of Dutch film distributors who want to release foreign arthouse films in the Netherlands is reduced. This concerns distinct, artistic, qualitative and distinctive films that contribute to the (cultural) diversity of the film climate in the Netherlands. This also includes foreign qualitative children’s and youth films.
