Deadline: November 14, 2025
The 1707 BIGG Partnered Order-Based R&D Call aims to transform solution proposals that meet customer requirements into commercializable outputs through R&D by entrepreneurial SMEs supported under BIGG or Techno-Entrepreneurship Capital Support.
The focus of this call is on transforming R&D outputs into commercial products by sharing financing risks, fostering collaborations between industrial organizations, encouraging large companies to transfer projects to agile SMEs, supporting spin-off companies, and contributing to the improved functioning of the national innovation system. The call covers all sectors and technology areas with high commercialization potential, requires market research and technical feasibility studies, and prioritizes projects aligned with Priority R&D and Innovation Topics within the scope of compliance with the Green Deal.
The call is open to SMEs that have previously received TÜBİTAK BIGG or Techno-Entrepreneurship Capital Support as supplier organizations, while customer organizations can be SMEs or large-scale capital companies resident in Türkiye. Both parties must sign a cooperation agreement detailing project scope, responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and commercialization commitments.
Projects may last up to 24 months with a maximum project budget of 7,500,000 TL. TÜBİTAK provides 50% of accepted expenditures as grant support, while customer organizations cover 40% and supplier organizations 10%. Supported expenses include personnel, travel, consultancy, material, equipment, software, and commercialization-related costs, while unsupported items follow the Innovation Support Program Implementation Principles Directive.
