The Zensurance Small Business Grant provides Canadian entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners with an opportunity to secure financial support and visibility to grow their ventures.
Under the grant, one outstanding small business will win a grand-prize cash award of $25,000, while additional smaller grants ($1,000each) will be awarded to runner-up finalists. The 2025 grant round marks a record-breaking opportunity in the program’s history.
To participate, a business needs to complete the online application form, obtain a free insurance quote from Zensurance (unless already a client), and share their business story along with how grant funds would be used. Shortlisted finalists will be invited to create a short video and may be subject to a quick interview; public voting will help determine the ultimate winner.
This grant is particularly valuable for small enterprises that need extra capital to scale operations whether to invest in equipment, expand services, or explore new growth opportunities.
