Deadline Date: June 25, 2026
The Naturesave Trust is inviting applications for its latest funding round to support creative environmental projects that engage young people across Devon in the United Kingdom.
The funding round focuses on Creative Action for Nature with particular emphasis on young people and supports projects related to environmental art, installations and exhibitions, theatre, performance, music and storytelling on environmental themes, film, photography and digital media projects led by young people, creative education programmes on nature, climate and sustainability, youth-led environmental campaigns, workshops and activities that strengthen confidence and connection through creativity, community initiatives combining creative expression with environmental action, and creative awareness campaigns that encourage positive environmental behaviour change.
This funding opportunity is specifically open to Devon-based organisations that use creative approaches to help young people connect with environmental issues and the natural world. The Trust recognises the importance of engaging younger generations with nature through artistic expression, storytelling, performance, media, and practical activities that make environmental topics more accessible and meaningful.
The programme aims to encourage participation, collaboration, and creative learning while supporting projects that promote sustainable development. Devon’s natural landscapes, including coastlines, rivers, woodlands, and moorlands, form an important backdrop for projects seeking to inspire environmental awareness and action among young people.
Eligible applicants include charities, community groups, community interest companies, organisations, voluntary groups, and businesses. Individual applicants and schools are not eligible for funding. All supported projects must be entirely based within the United Kingdom and clearly align with the objectives of the current funding round.
Applicants are encouraged to submit concise and focused proposals that clearly explain the aims of the project and the intended environmental and community impact. Organisations applying for support must also have a website or social media presence.
The Naturesave Trust offers grants of up to £5,000 for selected projects. Successful applications may be subject to specific funding conditions, and approved grants remain available for six months from the date of the offer letter.
