The KRK InnoTech Starter (KITS) is a Kraków-based acceleration program designed to support pre-seed teams in building a strong business foundation and preparing for their first investment.
The program focuses on providing 1:1 mentorship from founders, investors, and industry experts, advisory in law, IP, fundraising, marketing, and international sales, expert support in securing public funding, a practical training program tailored to the startup’s needs, an equity-free grant of PLN 12,000–18,000, and the opportunity to pitch projects at Demo Day before investors and partners.
KITS aims to empower early-stage innovators by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to develop their ideas into viable, investment-ready businesses. Participants gain access to experienced mentors and industry leaders who offer guidance across crucial areas such as intellectual property, marketing strategy, and international expansion. This hands-on support ensures that startups can effectively navigate early challenges and build solid operational and financial structures.
The acceleration journey begins with a mandatory two-day BootCamp in Kraków, scheduled for December 12–13, 2025. During this intensive session, selected teams refine their ideas, receive feedback from mentors, and prepare for subsequent stages of the program. Participation in KITS is entirely free, making it an accessible opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative concepts and the motivation to grow.
