Deadline Date: December 11, 2025
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has announced a call for applications for a grant program aimed at supporting micro and small enterprises in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The focus areas include supporting the Ukrainian economy by restoring jobs, developing local production, and providing the population with critically important goods and services.
The program is implemented within the framework of the project “Piloting Sustainable Solutions for Economic Recovery and Reintegration in the Dnipropetrovsk Region”, funded by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. It offers targeted support to micro and small enterprises to strengthen local economic recovery and foster reintegration.
Microenterprises, defined as those with fewer than 10 employees, must commit to creating at least one new job and can receive up to 6,500 USD in grant funding, in UAH equivalent at the UN exchange rate. Small businesses, with 10 or more employees, must commit to creating at least three new jobs and can receive up to 20,000 USD in funding.
Preference will be given to businesses affected by war—those damaged, destroyed, or displaced—as well as businesses led by women, youth, and veterans. Enterprises that employ vulnerable groups, including internally displaced persons (IDPs) and returning Ukrainians, and those operating in rural areas will also be prioritised.
Eligible applicants include micro and small enterprises that have been officially registered for at least one year prior to application, are registered and owned by citizens of Ukraine, and are ready to create and/or preserve jobs. The enterprises must be geographically located in the Dnipro and Kamyansky districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
