The funding program provides financial assistance ranging from 300,000 euros to 500,000 euros. The maximum duration for supported projects is four years, allowing businesses sufficient time to complete construction or expansion activities.

Eligible applicants include existing small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies with a planned or existing business location in Vienna, as well as founders and companies intending to relocate to Vienna or establish their headquarters in the city. The program is open to businesses operating in the manufacturing sector, production-related services, research and development, and waste management.

The funding covers a range of eligible costs including construction work, acquisition of existing buildings, renovation of building stock, and professional services such as architectural and planning services. Additionally, companies may receive a partial payment of up to 50 percent of the promised funding amount during the project implementation period.
