TIDES, IIT Roorkee is now accepting proposals under Direct Equity Funding category of the 8th round of “EngSUI”, under the Engineers India Limited’s Startup India initiative.
TIDES (Technology Innovation and Development of Entrepreneurship Society), a business incubator hosted at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, fosters innovation and entrepreneurship. It achieves this by admitting promising startups with innovative technologies into its incubation program. TIDES equips these startups with the resources they need to succeed, including physical space, technical assistance, financial guidance, and networking opportunities.
Focus Areas
- Commercial hardware for oil & gas technologies
- Process and tech innovations for the hydrocarbon sector
- IT & IIoT solutions for industrial and energy applications
- Advancements in lube packaging, renewable energy, nanomaterials, engineering plastics, waste-to-energy, raw material replacement, biofuels, net-zero technologies, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Funding Information
- Upto 5 crores.
Eligibility Criteria
- Startup entities who have successfully demonstrated marketable product/process
- Valid DIPP/DPIIT Certificate
