The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) invites qualified and experienced companies to express their interest in a subsequent tender for the supply, delivery, and installation of furniture, equipment, and accessories for these spaces.
The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) – Jerusalem Office is planning the furnishing and functional setup of indoor and outdoor spaces that will host the activities of a social cooperative/association within the compound of the Bethlehem Psychiatric Hospital. These spaces consist of:
- A small cafeteria with indoor and outdoor service
- A multifunctional space used for meetings, workshops, cultural activities, etc.
- Three guest rooms (guesthouse)
Scope of Supplies and Services
- The selected supplier will be expected to provide:
- Outdoor and indoor furniture and equipment for a small public-use cafeteria
- Tables, chairs, storage units, and multimedia equipment for a meeting and co-working space
- Beds, wardrobes, desks, lighting and furnishings for three guest rooms (guesthouse)
- Delivery, installation, and setup of all supplied items
- After-sales service and warranty provision
- All products must comply with safety, durability, and accessibility standards appropriate for public and hospitality use.
Funding Information
- The available budget amounts to €60,000 (sixty thousand), excluding taxes. Offers exceeding this amount will not be considered under any circumstances
Eligibility Criteria
- Interested suppliers must meet the following criteria:
- Legally registered company or entity eligible to operate in the country
- Proven experience in supplying and installing furniture and equipment for public or commercial use
- Ability to manage logistics and installation in Bethlehem
- Experience with donor-funded or public sector contracts is considered an asset
Submission Requirements
- Interested parties are invited to submit the following information by filling Annex 1:
- A brief company profile including legal status, date of registration, and areas of expertise
- A portfolio or list of relevant past projects (preferably in the last 3–5 years)
- Declaration of interest signed by an authorized representative
