Deadline Date: January 14, 2026
The grant program offers substantial financial support to Ukrainian companies working on innovative developments that demonstrate strong technical potential and readiness for implementation.
Successful applicants may receive up to 8,000,000 UAH, provided their project earns a high score during the defense expertise review. This evaluation focuses on innovation, technical sophistication, and the feasibility of bringing the development to practical use.
The funding structure is designed to give companies flexibility while maintaining clear guidelines. Salaries and gig-contract payments can reach up to 120,000 UAH per person per month, covering all mandatory taxes and contributions, but may not exceed thirty percent of the total project budget. Materials can be purchased without limitations, supporting teams that need extensive resources for development. Equipment expenses may make up another thirty percent of the project budget, while services have no restrictions, allowing companies to outsource or contract specialized work as needed.
Some costs, however, are not permitted. Funding cannot be used for business trips, marketing expenses, office rentals, furniture, fuel, vehicles or renovation of premises. The purchase of weapons is also prohibited, except for models or prototypes needed for research. Additionally, the grant cannot be used to cover expenses that are already funded through other programs.
The opportunity is open exclusively to Ukrainian companies registered under national regulations. Applications from state or municipal enterprises, as well as public or charitable organizations, are not accepted. This focus ensures that private-sector innovators have the support they need to advance high-impact technological developments within Ukraine.
