The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Caraga is accepting project proposals for the Shared Service Facilities (SSF) Project for 2025 and 2026 funding!
The Shared Service Facilities Program is an initiative of DTI to promote inclusive growth, strengthen value chains, and support MSMEs in reaching wider markets through innovation and collaboration.
The SSF Program provides machinery, equipment, tools, system, and other auxiliary items, skills, and knowledge to qualified cooperators to enhance MSME productivity and competitiveness.

- Local Government Units (Province, Municipality/City, Barangay)
- State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
- Technical or Vocational Schools
- Private Entities
- Corporations
- Non-Government Organizations
- People’s Organizations
- Cooperatives
- Private Schools
- Industry/trade/business Associations
- One-Person Corporation
Submission Requirements
- Cooperator’s Letter of Intent
- Copy of Articles of Incorporation/Cooperation, and Board Resolution and/or Authority to Accept and Operate SSF projects
- Resolution designating the authorized representative to transact with the DTI
- For LGU, a Resolution to operate the proposed project and allow the LCE to enter into a MOA with DTI
