The European Commission has launched a call for proposals under the Pilot Projects and Preparatory Actions (PPPA) program to support the establishment of Cross-Border Coordination Points (CBCPs) in EU Member States.
The call focuses on the following objectives: facilitating the operational setup of CBCPs to address legal and administrative obstacles in cross-border regions, enhancing cooperation between neighboring Member States, and supporting the implementation of the BRIDGEForeU Regulation. Eligible activities include the purchase of equipment, procurement of studies, legal consulting, and communication efforts related to CBCPs.
Applicants must be legal entities or permanent entities acknowledged by a Member State as either an established CBCP or a prospective CBCP. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal by November 13, 2025. The maximum grant amount per project is €120,000, with funding covering up to 90% of eligible costs.
Projects should have a maximum duration of 18 months and must align with the EU’s cohesion policy and strategic priorities. Evaluation criteria include relevance, quality, and impact, with a minimum overall score of 60 points required for funding consideration.
