Deadline Date: March 23, 2026
The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation is inviting applications to deliver professional photography and video services for field visits under the Co-Vi 11066 project in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
The program focuses on professional photographic coverage of eleven field visits, use of drones for aerial footage, appropriate lighting equipment for indoor photography, lavaliere microphones for video interviews, curated and edited high-resolution photographs, production of one main video per visit and one short promotional reel, full editing and post-production with subtitles, and timely delivery of all visual materials for institutional reporting, communication campaigns, and social media visibility.
The budget for the assignment is €8,300, excluding taxes, and the provider must deliver edited photographs within one working day of each field visit and final edited videos within one week.
The selected provider will document project activities and results, reflecting the context of the interventions, while coordinating with AICS communication staff on key messages, beneficiaries, and visibility requirements. All logistical arrangements, including transportation and travel costs within the areas of implementation, will be the responsibility of the contractor.
Professional standards are required, including at least three years of experience in photography, proven expertise in documentary, development, or humanitarian photography and video production, experience working in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, and ownership of professional photography equipment with post-production capacity.
Through this initiative, AICS seeks partners capable of combining technical expertise with ethical storytelling, cultural sensitivity, and community engagement to enhance the visibility of Italian Cooperation’s interventions in Palestine.
