The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development has announced a call for proposals under the FENG programme named “Brand Promotion of Innovative SMEs” with the aim of supporting Polish enterprises in expanding abroad and building a strong product brand.
The focus areas for this call are supporting Polish enterprises in expanding abroad and building a strong product brand.
Under this scheme a budget of PLN 100 million has been earmarked and the application window is open from 5 November 2025 to 8 January 2026. The funding may support activities such as participation in international trade fairs as an exhibitor with a national stand, external trade missions combined with fairs or industry conferences, and promotional campaigns abroad. Funding intensity may reach up to 50 % of project costs and up to 85 % of business trip expenses by project participants.
Eligible beneficiaries are Polish micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with export potential operating in potentially highly innovative sectors such as medical, construction, professional electronics, green technologies, cosmetics, machinery and equipment, furniture, vehicles and food. Eligible costs include rental of exhibition stands, foreign travel of personnel, marketing campaigns, promotional activities and presentation of products abroad, as well as booking of exhibition space.
This initiative aims to help Polish SMEs increase their visibility in foreign markets, promote their products internationally, seize export opportunities supported by EU-funds, and establish valuable business contacts through participation in trade fairs and missions.
