The international humanitarian organization World Vision is offering a promising opportunity for small business owners in parts of Ukraine, aimed at helping micro‑enterprises weather difficult times and thrive.
Offering the opportunity to receive a grant of $2,000 (in hryvnia equivalent at the NBU exchange rate). This initiative is aimed at helping small business owners in parts of Ukraine strengthen and grow their enterprises, particularly during challenging times. Eligible entrepreneurs can access training, mentorship, and financial support to improve their operations and expand their impact within their communities.
The program includes a two‑month online learning course covering marketing, strategic planning, digital tools, and the use of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence. Participants will also prepare a business plan and may compete for the grant, which is intended to help make their ventures more sustainable. Businesses benefiting from the program are expected to generate at least one job, contributing to local economic development. For selected participants, there is an additional opportunity to access further financing through VisionFund Ukraine.
This opportunity is targeted at individual entrepreneurs and small business operators, especially those who registered their businesses before the end of 2024. Special attention is given to women entrepreneurs, internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and businesses that have relocated, highlighting the program’s inclusive approach and social impact.
