AIC ALEAP WE-Hub, supported by AIM, NITI Aayog, Government of India, has announced a call for innovative startups to apply under the MeitY GENESIS – Pilot Funding Support program.
The focus areas of this funding opportunity include DeepTech, ICT, AI, and Electronic Manufacturing.
Through this initiative, startups have the chance to avail grant support of up to ₹40 lakhs per startup. The program aims to accelerate innovation by empowering early-stage companies developing technology-driven solutions across key sectors. To be eligible, applicants must be DPIIT-recognized startups with a working prototype or MVP, and full-time founders actively engaged in their venture. Additionally, startups are required to hold a valid Purchase Order (PO) or Work Order (WO) from entities such as the Government of India, State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Fortune 500 companies, or recognized unicorns.
The program, anchored by AIC ALEAP WE-Hub, provides a valuable opportunity for emerging startups to scale their innovations with financial backing and institutional support.
