IIITB Innovation Centre (IIITB-IC) TIDE 2.0 Fund is now open to promote technology startups working in emerging technologies through financial and technical support.
They invite entrepreneurs with technology-based startup ideas to apply for pre-incubation and incubation support with IIITB-IC. The startup ideas typically use emerging digital technology paradigms such as SaaS/PaaS/IoT, AI, Blockchain, Robotics, etc. They aim to solve national priority problems or create economic value from the global market. The domains of particular interest are Civic Tech & Education, Financial inclusion including digital payments, Healthcare or Agriculture. However, other sectors of application are also welcome.
Grant Categories
- Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR):
- Funding support upto ₹ 4 lakh: For validation and development of an idea to PoC.
- Duration: 12 months
- Who can apply: Indian entrepreneurs with a well-defined business idea in sectors aligned to IIITB-Innovation Centre’s focus areas.
- Prototype stage startups:
- Funding support upto ₹ 7 lakh: For translation of PoC to Product and beyond.
- Duration: 12 months
- Who can apply: Indian startups with a well developed PoC in sectors aligned to IIITB-Innovation Centre’s focus areas.
