The Digital Industry Program is designed to boost all companies in the Basque Country, providing them with the resources and personalized advice necessary to increase their competitiveness by implementing digital and sustainable technologies that allow them to develop competitive advantages and improve their market positioning.

- You’ll be able to count on a TIC specialist with the necessary knowledge to successfully implement these digital technologies.
- Receive personalized support throughout your digital transformation and acquire the skills you need to optimize your company’s production and management processes.
- Monitor and automate your industrial processes
- Add sensors to your machinery to automate processes and measure results. Integrate SCADA and BIG DATA to improve efficiency and make decisions in real time. Ensure traceability with blockchain and transform your business with servitization.
- Create virtual models for prototyping and testing your projects
- Accelerate your project development with virtual models for prototyping and testing. Leverage virtual, augmented, and mixed reality, along with computer vision, to simulate, validate, and optimize your designs before manufacturing.
- Improve energy use and reduce carbon footprint
- Optimize energy consumption and reduce your carbon footprint with digital energy management tools. Improve efficiency and advance decarbonization with solutions tailored to your needs.
- Implement a digital custody system for your key documents
- Guarantee the security and legal validity of your documentation with a digital custody system. Protect the integrity, authenticity, and traceability of your key documents with access and location control. And ensure their long-term preservation with data preservation services.
- Optimize logistics with warehouse management software
- Optimize and monitor your logistics operations with a warehouse management system. Control inventory and the supply chain with WMS solutions that improve efficiency and traceability.
- Take the leap to e-commerce
- Expand your market and build customer loyalty with an online sales channel. Implement B2B or B2C e-commerce solutions integrated with your ERP, optimizing the management of electronic purchases and sales to improve efficiency and capture new business opportunities.

- Implement report visualization systems and perform the necessary integration work with different data sources, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information to optimize your business management.

- They subsidize the implementation of an ERP or other management systems for various complementary business processes, such as supply chain management or maintenance technical assistance (SAT), as well as their integration with each other.
- Working in Product Lifecycle Management
- Maximize the value of your products throughout their entire lifecycle with product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions. Implement CAM, CAE, PDM, and DMF tools to optimize from design to recall, improving efficiency and traceability at every stage.
- Launch a CRM system
- Improve your customer management by implementing a CRM system. Implement an effective strategy to optimize business relationships, centralize information, and improve customer service, strengthening loyalty and business growth.

Eligible Expenses
- Technology and digital transformation to propel your business into the future
- Up to €23,000 for Consulting and Engineering expenses
- They subsidize all consulting and engineering costs required for the implementation of advanced digital solutions in your company. From ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence integration to process automation, product lifecycle management, and logistics optimization, they also include support from IT specialists to ensure an effective digital transformation tailored to your needs.
- Consulting or engineering must be carried out by an external company specialized in the technologies to be implemented.
- Consulting and/or engineering costs must represent at least 50% of the project’s eligible budget.
- Up to €11,500 for the purchase of hardware and software
- The acquisition of equipment, licenses, and technological tools must be directly linked to the business’s digital transformation, ensuring their integration and optimal functioning within the project.
- They subsidize the purchase of essential hardware and software to modernize your company’s management and production. This includes servers, IoT devices, sensors, storage systems, management software (ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence), automation platforms, and more , as long as they are essential for the development of the project.
- Up to 12 months, if you hire SaaS solutions
- The cost of licenses for management applications in SaaS (Software as a Service) format is subsidized for a maximum of 12 months, provided they are part of a project aligned with the typologies already described.
- Variable subsidy percentages depending on the size of your company
- The following intensities will be applied to each of the eligible expenses of the project’s subsidizable base:
- Micro and Small Enterprises: 50%.
- Medium-sized Business: 35%.
- Large Company, 25%

- Up to €23,000 for Consulting and Engineering expenses
