The Future Founders Fellowship is a prestigious year-long program designed to accelerate the nation’s top young entrepreneurs and their businesses while investing in personal leadership alongside company growth.
The program focuses on personal and business growth, mentoring, skill development, entrepreneurship retreats, building a peer community, providing volunteer opportunities, fostering motivation and accountability, offering guidance from seasoned entrepreneurs, facilitating Founders Weekends, supporting post-program opportunities through the Alumni Accelerator, and being industry agnostic with virtual cohort participation. The Fellowship is structured to support young founders aged 18 to 30 who are equity holders and decision makers in their startups. Participants have priority access to all Future Founders services, including mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs, skill development workshops, and retreats designed to strengthen entrepreneurial leadership. The program encourages building transformative relationships with fellow young entrepreneurs across the United States and provides tools to maintain motivation and accountability throughout the year.
Founders Weekends in Chicago allow Fellows to engage in in-person retreats with their cohort, enhancing collaboration and networking. After the Fellowship, participants may continue their journey through the Alumni Accelerator for up to three years, benefiting from additional mentorship, resources, and growth opportunities. The program is industry agnostic and mostly virtual, allowing participation from anywhere in the country.
The Fellowship is open to any young entrepreneur who is a founder and equity holder of their company, typically serving in a C-level position such as CEO, and actively leading their startup. School enrollment is not required, and ideal candidates are passionate about entrepreneurship and proactive in growing their businesses.
