Deadline: November 11, 2025
The Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program is a year-long initiative starting in 2026 that connects extraordinary women entrepreneurs in the United States with tools, mentorship, and networks to scale and lead their businesses, designed to build an impactful entrepreneurial community.
The program focuses on providing workshops, webinars, consulting, advisory sessions, mentoring activities, networking events, and other programming opportunities that support business topics like financials, marketing, partnerships, and leadership development.
The Fellows Program, run by the Tory Burch Foundation, is open to women entrepreneurs who own the largest or equally largest stake in a qualifying for-profit business majority-owned and controlled by women, generating at least $75,000 annually, operating in the United States. Applicants must be 21 years or older, proficient in English, and legally reside in the United States. Candidates who are employees or family members of the Foundation or its affiliates are ineligible.
Applicants submit an online application with a photo and video. Fellows are selected based on personal and company statements, video introduction, corporate social responsibility, and how their business impacts the community and addresses challenges. Selection considers diversity across industries, growth stages, and geography.
Accepted Fellows engage in a one-year Fellowship providing dynamic resources including one-on-one meetings with volunteers and experts, access to an online community of women entrepreneurs, peer mentoring, and invitations to in-person events. Fellows are expected to actively participate and uphold the program’s confidentiality and publicity policies.
The Foundation provides no legal or business advice; all decisions regarding the program and selection are final. Fellows agree to terms and conditions, including releases, background checks, and active involvement, with programming opportunities potentially extending beyond the one-year Fellowship.
