The NSRCEL Startup Launchpad Program is a 5-month sector-agnostic initiative designed to support early-stage founders in transforming disruptive ideas into resilient ventures.
The program focuses on Cohort-Based Learning, offering structured workshops and sessions to help founders refine their problem-solution fit and early product-market strategies. It provides One-on-One Mentoring to guide participants in shaping their business models and roadmaps. Through Grant Access/Opportunity, top incubatees can receive financial support of up to 5 lakhs. The program emphasizes measurable Program Impact by building a strong alumni network and mentor ecosystem. It targets Early-Stage Founders with a strong Founder Mindset, Problem Clarity, and Disruptive Thinking. The application journey includes Application Submission, Application Review, Conversation with the NSRCEL Team, Mentor Panel Pitch, and Onboarding into the Program to ensure selected founders are well-prepared for growth and market success.
The Launchpad program provides structured workshops and sessions aimed at helping founders navigate problem-solution fit, early product-market fit, governance, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset. Participants also have the opportunity to refine their business models and roadmaps through personalized mentoring sessions and regular review checkpoints.
Top-performing incubatees are eligible to receive grant funding of up to 5 lakhs, further supporting their journey from idea to market-ready ventures. The program has built a robust alumni network of over 500 active ventures across 28 cohorts, guided by more than 80 mentors and industry experts.
Applicants for the program are expected to demonstrate entrepreneurial intent, a bias for action, a willingness to learn, and the ability to iterate based on feedback. Founders should have a deep understanding of their problem space, strong validation of their solution, and a capacity for innovative thinking that can make a significant impact.
The application process involves submission, review, conversations with the NSRCEL team, a mentor panel pitch, and finally onboarding into the program, ensuring only the most committed and high-potential founders are selected.
