The Karpagam Academy of Higher Education (KAHE) & Karpagam Innovation and Incubation Council (KIIC), in association with Tamil Nadu Technology Hub (iTNT), StartupTN & TICEL BIO PARK is organizing “IP Nexus” a National Level Platform for Intellectual Property Commercialization & Technology Transfer.
IP Nexus is aimed at innovators, IP holders, and technology creators who are seeking to take their inventions to the next stage of industry engagement and commercialization. The platform provides a structured opportunity to connect intellectual property with real market needs and industrial partners.
The initiative also provides guidance on intellectual property commercialization, regulatory strategy, and market readiness, while helping participants enhance their visibility and recognition within the innovation ecosystem. Participants will gain the opportunity to commercialize their intellectual property directly with industry and access a network of more than 100 verified industry and corporate connections. The platform offers a pitching opportunity for intellectual property and developed technologies, along with structured support to convert IP into viable products, solutions, or commercial models.
The platform is open to innovations and technologies across sectors such as AgriTech, HealthTech, Automation, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Renewable Energy, DeepTech, and other emerging sectors. Patent holders and technology holders with filed, published, under prosecution, or granted patents are encouraged to participate.
Eligible applicants include individuals or organizations holding patents at any stage, startups with technologies ready for licensing or industry adoption, and faculty members, research scholars, students, and individual inventors with prototype-ready innovations.
