Foodpreneur Lab’s Step Up, Scale Up program is a 16-week opportunity designed specifically for food businesses in Southwestern Ontario that already have a product in market and are ready to scale. Through this first-of-its-kind, scale-focused approach, participants identify the challenges that have been slowing their growth and receive a customized roadmap to help overcome them. The program provides tailored support to address specific business needs, whether it’s securing production resources, expanding sales, obtaining funding, or leveraging expert guidance. By the end of the program, businesses will have a clearer path forward and the tools needed to step up and scale effectively.
To be eligible, applicants must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents, reside in and have their corporation registered in one of the designated regions of Southwestern Ontario, have launched a food product that is currently in market, and maintain liability insurance for their business. This ensures that participating businesses are positioned to fully benefit from the program’s growth-oriented support.
