Simed Open Call for Projects in PropTech, ConTech, and FinTech

Deadline: 31 August 2025

Simed 2025 launches the “IV Open Call for Startups,” giving national and international startups the opportunity to present their projects and initiatives in the fields of PropTech, ConTech, and FinTech to the investment ecosystem, experts, and heads of innovation areas in the real estate sector.

        • Mention in a press release
        • Inclusion of your logo on the event’s official website
    • Participation in SIMED 2026:
      • Presence in the exhibition area with a service point in the SIMED INNOVA zone
      • Four access passes as a professional visitor, with access to the exhibition area and forums
      • 5-minute presentation in the content program to share the experience and continuity of the project
      • Access to the networking agenda: a tool that allows you to request more than 30 B2B meetings within the framework of the event
    • Registered Startups:
      • All startups registered for the call and meeting the requirements will receive an access pass.
    • Selected Startups:
      • Four access passes to SIMED 2025.
      • Access to the networking agenda: a tool that allows you to request more than 30 B2B meetings with other visitors, potential partners, and investors during the event.
      • 6-minute presentation to investors and industry experts (3-minute pitch + 3-minute questions)
      • Presence in the exhibition area with a service point in the SIMED INNOVA zone.
      • Visit to spaces dedicated to promoting technological entrepreneurship in the city of Malaga.
      • Meet & Greet: Networking activity within the event with industry experts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Emerging real estate companies, with a maximum of five years’ standing, seeking investment, and who have completed the application form, must not have previously received the award.

Selection Criteria

  • The criteria taken into account by the evaluation committee for the preselection of candidates are the following:
    • Market viability
    • Scalability
    • Cleantech. Impact on the Environment
    • Suitability of the human team
    • Degree of innovation and technology applied to the sector
