Deadline: October 24, 2025
The African Women’s Development and Communication Network (FEMNET) is inviting videography and photography companies or teams across Africa to submit Expressions of Interest for pre-qualification as service providers to support its programs, campaigns, and advocacy initiatives through creative and high-quality visual storytelling.
The focus of this opportunity is to identify a pool of trusted professionals who can document FEMNET’s programs, campaigns, and advocacy initiatives using high-quality, creative, and impactful visual storytelling. Pre-qualified service providers will be considered for future assignments.
FEMNET requires all applicants to provide a complete submission including a company profile or team CV, technical proposal, financial proposal (rate card), list of equipment, portfolio samples (links and/or uploads), and a recommendation letter. Only complete applications that meet the requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR) will be reviewed.
This call is designed to ensure that FEMNET has access to skilled and reliable videographers and photographers who can visually capture and communicate the impact of its work across Africa. The pre-qualification process is open to all qualified companies and teams across the continent who are capable of delivering professional visual documentation services. Applicants are encouraged to carefully review the TOR to ensure that all submission requirements are met before applying.
Pre-qualified providers will be included in a pool from which FEMNET may engage professionals for assignments as needed. This approach ensures consistency in quality, creativity, and professionalism for all visual documentation related to FEMNET’s initiatives.
