Entries are now open for the “Do Your Own Business with HM by Kurator” Competition to create conditions for the sustainable development of entrepreneurship in the field of public catering in cities and villages by providing microgrants for further launching, scaling (improving the material and technical base, launching a new service/format/menu, changing the location or opening an additional point) of small and medium-sized businesses, by providing microgrants.
The competition is designed to promote the implementation of new business ideas, improve the quality of service, update the menu and scale up establishments, as well as form a professional community around the KURATOR brand, which seeks to build long-term partnerships with restaurateurs and chefs, strengthen its recognition in the industry as a manufacturer that not only supplies products, but also invests in the development of meat cooking in Ukraine.
Funding Information
- LOT 1
- For Street & Casual Food (street food outlets, food trucks, coffee shops, bakeries), the funding of one project from the Fund is 250,000 UAH
- LOT 2
- For the Middle segment (restaurants, cafes, Dark kitchen (without service in the hall), bars, pubs, establishments at hotels), the funding of one project from the Fund is 500,000 UAH
Geographical Focus
- The competition takes place across Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories and regions under active military operations, blockades, or encirclement.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Competition can be participated by:
- Street & Casual Food:
- enterprises operating in the fast and informal food format
- Middle Segment:
- mid-range establishments with partial or full customer service in the hall
- Street & Casual Food:
- The application must be submitted by the owner or an official representative by power of attorney.
