ASPIRE stands for “Activating Startups in Provinces through Innovation, Resources, and Enterprise Development.” This reflects the program’s mission—to ignite startup activity in every province by combining mentorship, innovation tools, ecosystem support, and through guided mentorship and enterprise development.

Who can join?
- Individuals or teams from Region VI
- Filipino citizens, 18 years old and above
- Students, youth, or aspiring entrepreneurs
- Startups in any of these stages may join: prototype, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), pilot testing or early stage
- Open to both tech-based and non-tech startups
- Startups from all sectors are encouraged to join from health and education to ICT, tourism, and more
