Eligibility Criteria

• Participation in this Program is open to the following:
  • Startup:
    • Legal business entities, regardless of sector. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, startups may be required to provide proof of company registration by submitting
    • a certificate of incorporation issued within the past three (3) months, evidence of ongoing registration, or an extract from the commercial register in their country of incorporation; and
    • valid professional liability insurance coverage.
• Environmental Sustainability / GX & Climate Tech
  • Application Criteria and Standards:
    • They will evaluate solution providers on a case-by-case basis based on the needs of companies in Aichi Prefecture. Overall, the following criteria will be considered:
    • Business development stage at Seed, Early, Middle, or beyond
    • Already possessing a Minimum Viable Product and at a stage where pilot testing or contracting with operating companies is possible in the Japanese market for collaborative projects
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with Japanese members (English communication also acceptable!)
    • Positive business synergy effects with companies in Aichi Prefecture
• Manufacturing
  • Application Conditions and Criteria:
    • They will evaluate solution providers on a case-by-case basis based on the needs of Aichi Prefecture’s companies. Overall, the following criteria will be considered:
    • Business development stage: Seed, early, middle, or beyond.
    • Possession of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and readiness for pilot testing or contract signing with operational companies, applicable in the Japanese market.
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with Japanese members, with English proficiency also acceptable.
    • Positive business synergy effects with companies in Aichi Prefecture.
