Deadline Date: February 08, 2026
Applications open for Educational Program “Dream and Achieve”, an initiative that has already become a symbol of women’s resilience and a powerful impetus for the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
The programme aims to support women who have lost their jobs, been forced to leave their homes, adapt to new realities and find ways to provide for their families; transform experiences, ideas and dreams into entrepreneurship that rebuilds local economies, creates jobs and supports communities; introduce an innovative approach to learning focused on interactivity and digital convenience; provide access to training modules, tests, knowledge checks and homework through an AI chatbot; deliver in-depth training to open a new level of professional development and entrepreneurial confidence; ensure individual mentoring support from 15 highly qualified mentors; improve business ideas and develop viable business plans; and offer financial support in the amount of UAH 40,000 for the development of business.
The programme has become a symbol of women’s resilience and a powerful impetus for the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The full-scale war has caused profound social and economic upheaval, and the initiative responds by giving women the tools and belief in themselves. It creates a space where ideas evolve into entrepreneurial action that impacts families and communities.
The third season introduces a personalised and systematic learning model through an AI chatbot, accompanying participants for several months. The assistant supports participants by providing continuous reminders and interactive learning experiences. The second stage involves advanced training where 80 finalists receive mentorship from experts representing leading international companies and innovative startups to refine business concepts and design strong business plans.
After completing the second stage and presenting projects at the final event in Kyiv, the best finalists will receive UAH 40,000 to support their business development.
