Applicants are now invited to submit applications for National Competition Charitable Ukraine Program to support the development of the charitable and volunteer movement in Ukraine, to promote the formation of a culture of charity, partnership, and social responsibility.
Its core purpose is to recognize and promote initiatives that address urgent social challenges while fostering cooperation among key sectors of society.
Through this initiative, the competition highlights effective collaboration between civil society, business, and government in solving pressing social issues. It also seeks to promote business social responsibility and corporate philanthropy, strengthen trust and communication between benefactors and those who receive assistance, and inspire citizens to become more actively involved in charitable and volunteer efforts.
An important focus of the competition is celebrating successful examples of charity and volunteering that deliver tangible benefits to Ukrainian society. By showcasing impactful projects, initiatives, and individual contributions, the competition aims to motivate others and set positive standards for social engagement.
The competition is open to a wide range of participants involved in charitable or volunteer activities, with 28 different nominations reflecting the diversity of contributions. Eligible participants include philanthropists and volunteers, volunteer, charitable, and public organizations, youth associations, media representatives, socially responsible businesses, non-governmental organizations, and individual citizens.
Applicants must have provided charitable or volunteer assistance to address urgent social issues during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025. State authorities, local governments, and political parties are not eligible to apply directly; however, they may participate by nominating individuals or organizations whose work they believe deserves recognition.
