The Strategic Programme of Scientific Research and Development “Social and Economic Development of Poland in the Condition of Globalizing Markets” – GOSPOSTRATEG aims to enhance the use of socio-economic research results in shaping national and regional development policies by 2028.
The focus areas of this opportunity include the main goal of increasing the use of socio-economic research results in shaping national and regional development policies by 2028, the research topic “Program for the exploration, identification, and development of natural hydrogen deposits for shaping Poland’s raw materials and energy policy,” the implementation of basic research, industrial research, experimental development work, pre-implementation work, the maximum amount of project funding of PLN 20,000,000, the level of funding for project implementation of up to 100% of eligible costs, the maximum project implementation period of 36 months, the obligation for the Entitled Party to implement the solution resulting from the project within three years of its completion, the requirement that eligible costs allocated to basic research may not exceed 15% of total eligible costs, and subcontracting limits of 10% for eligible research costs and 70% for eligible pre-implementation costs.
This 13th call for proposals under the GOSPOSTRATEG Program seeks contractors for a commissioned project submitted by the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The selected project will focus on the exploration, recognition, and development of natural hydrogen deposits as part of efforts to support Poland’s raw materials and energy policy. Funding provided through NCBR supports various stages of research, ensuring that both scientific and implementation-oriented activities are carried out effectively.
The programme allows project consortia to receive up to 100% funding for eligible costs, provided they operate within non-commercial activities. Property rights to the project results remain with the Entitled Party, which is responsible for implementing the resulting solutions within the designated timeframe. The funding structure also outlines clear limits on the allocation of costs within basic research, industrial research, development work, and subcontracted activities.
