Deadline Date: April 12, 2026
Applications are now open for the Flourish Africa Business and Life Skills Programme Cohort 5, a structured initiative aimed at supporting female entrepreneurs in building and scaling their businesses.
The focus areas of the programme include practical business and life skills training, access to experienced mentors and industry experts, hands-on workshops for real business growth, and building a strong network of ambitious female entrepreneurs, along with helping participants develop structure, clarity, and confidence in their businesses, learn sustainable growth strategies, and participate in a pitch presentation with an opportunity for top performers to receive funding.
This four-month intensive programme is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools required to grow their businesses effectively. Through structured training sessions, participants will gain insights into both business and life skills that are essential for long-term success.
In addition to training, the programme connects participants with experienced mentors and industry experts who provide guidance and support throughout the journey. The inclusion of practical workshops ensures that participants can apply what they learn directly to their businesses, fostering real and measurable growth.
Participants will also benefit from being part of a strong network of female entrepreneurs, creating opportunities for collaboration, support, and shared learning. This network plays a key role in building confidence and expanding business perspectives.
At the end of the programme, participants will take part in a pitch presentation, showcasing their business progress and ideas. Following this, the top one hundred outstanding participants will be selected to receive funding, providing an additional boost to their business growth.
To be eligible, applicants must be female entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 50, with a business that has been operational for at least 12 months. The business must be based in Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt, and previous beneficiaries of Flourish Africa programmes are not eligible to apply.
