Entries open for Intercontinental Biennial’s Editorial Program

Deadline Date: November 02, 2025

The Intercontinental Biennial is an open international call inviting new artists, studios, agencies, companies, and independent professionals from all over the world to submit their editorial projects for exhibition across multiple continents, including America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania, with the aim of showcasing creative and artistic works, promoting global artistic exchange, and recognizing selected projects through certification and awards.

Open international call for new artists, editorial category. Projects from any country in the world can participate. Studios, agencies, or companies from different parts of the world can participate. Independent professionals can also participate. Participants authorize the organization to publicly diffusion the images of the project respecting at all times the copyright. Integral or specific editorial projects can participate. A minimum of one and a maximum of two projects will be presented. The participants will decide the number of projects to be presented. All projects received will enter a selection process. The projects selected in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee. The selected projects will participate in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition whose presentations and exhibitions include countries from America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. The selection of the artworks will be the responsibility of the organizing committee. Any objection provided for or not in the bases will be resolved by the Biennial definitively and without appeal.

The Intercontinental Biennial allows participants to submit one or two editorial projects for evaluation. Projects are assessed through a selection process conducted by the organizing committee, and selected projects are recognized and certified. Participants retain copyright over their work while granting the Biennial permission to publicly share images of their projects.

Submissions are made through a specified application form, where participants provide personal details such as name, email, and telephone number, along with a project description in a document format (doc, docx, or PDF) detailing the study, company, or author name, project country, purpose, and characteristics. Participants must also submit eight images of the project compressed in a zip or rar file. If the total file size exceeds 8MB, submissions can be made via Google Drive, OneDrive, Wetransfer, or similar platforms, and the Biennial should be notified by email.

Once the application is received, participants will get a confirmation email, and they are advised to add the Biennial email address to their contact list to ensure communications are not lost to spam folders. Selected projects are later announced and awarded, and these projects are exhibited across continents, providing international visibility and recognition. Participants are encouraged to follow the Biennial’s upcoming shows in Europe, Asia, and Oceania through social media channels.
