The Innopreneurs is now accepting applications to support innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into successful ventures.
The focus areas of the contest include Swadeshi Bharat, Atma Nirbhar Bharat / Self Reliant India, Bio Technology/Health Tech, Edu-Tech aligned with NEP, Sustainability, Energy, Environment, Waste management, AI/Gen AI/ML/LLM/Deep tech, and Agri Tech/Rural/Social Impact.
Participants in Innopreneurs can access a range of fiscal incentives, including INR 50 Lakhs worth of rewards such as cash prizes, AWS and Zoho credits, along with funding opportunities offering up to 15 lakh for idea-stage startups. Non-fiscal incentives provide mentoring and incubation support, networking opportunities, community benefits, and international exposure. The contest is designed as a guided entrepreneurial journey where experts guide participants and founders inspire them, offering exclusive mentorship, one-on-one guidance from domain experts at Lemon Ideas, and direct interactions with founder mentors.
Innopreneurs provides expert training on pitch decks, presentation skills, and life skills through renowned trainers, along with opportunities to interact with startup founders and Lemon Ideas alumni to learn from real-world journeys. Participants also gain domain-relevant internship opportunities with growth-stage startups, and receive continuous mentorship and training throughout the contest.
The 12th edition of the Innopreneurs Startup Contest spans eight months and includes over 50 pitching rounds across the nation. Top winners of these rounds advance to the Top 150 league and compete in pre-finale and finale rounds for prizes and other benefits. The Innopreneurs Idea Contest runs alongside the Startup Contest for ideas that may not initially qualify, featuring its own 50+ pitching rounds over six to eight months. Top winners from the Idea Contest are granted entry into the pre-finale of the Startup Contest, ensuring wider participation and recognition.
