The WeWork – Green and Decent Jobs for Youth program presents a real opportunity for young entrepreneurs who are working on environmentally conscious ventures.
It offers a 24-month support framework funded by European partners, aimed at helping youth-led businesses in the green and circular economy (CGE) to grow through incubation, financing, and technical help.
If you are aged between 18 and 35, and already have an early-stage project with a working prototype or a proof of concept — whether in sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, waste-to-product recycling, eco-construction or other circular-economy paths — this program could help you scale up. Selected participants are invited to a residential one-week bootcamp, designed to refine business models and sharpen financial and operational skills. Those who progress enter an incubation phase, receiving personalized coaching for about four and a half months to accelerate revenue growth, enhance market access, and build job-creation potential.
In addition, standout ventures may receive seed grants, making it possible to improve prototypes, scale operations, and eventually achieve sustainable revenue. What this program offers isn’t just funding — it offers mentorship, structure, and a pathway to transform early-stage green ideas into viable businesses. For young founders committed to sustainability and innovation, this initiative could be a transformative stepping stone on their entrepreneurial journey.
