The Nordic Fe:male Invest Summit 2025 will take place in Malmö on 29 October, marking its 10th anniversary with a celebration of community, courage, and groundbreaking ideas.
The focus is on honest stories, real connection, and bold ideas where women and underrepresented voices take the lead, a pitch competition featuring the top Nordic female and non-binary-led startups, panels and talks designed to challenge norms and inspire real action, and a celebration of 10 years of community, courage, and groundbreaking ideas.
This year’s event will bring together investors, founders, and ecosystem enablers to explore a future where the aim is not to simply gain a seat at the table but to redesign the whole room. The day-long program will feature keynote talks, panel discussions on topics such as “Nordics: The Next Frontier for Investment & Innovation” and “LPs’ Perspective on Investment with Diversity and Impact,” as well as personal stories under the “Un:polished story” segment. Attendees will also enjoy networking opportunities, roundtables, and a closing afterparty.
A highlight of the summit is the pitch competition for bold businesses led by female and non-binary founders. The winning startup will receive a 500,000 SEK investment from Skåne Ventures, a place in a Minc program with mentorship and support, and the title of Nordic Fe:male Founder of the Year. Eligible applicants must have at least 25% female or non-binary ownership, be registered in a Nordic country, and demonstrate innovation with clear growth potential. Travel costs of up to 2,000 SEK will be covered for selected pitching startups. The application deadline is 10 September 2025.
