Deadline: 27-April-2026
The VivaTech has launched its applications to support global leaders by strengthening its DeepTech ecosystem and supporting startups at critical growth stages.
The challenge focuses on key areas crucial for European sovereignty, including DeepTech, Climate and Energy, Artificial Intelligence, Health and BioTech, Quantum Computing, Automation, and Advanced Materials, all of which are essential for future competitiveness and sustainable innovation.
The initiative highlights Europe’s growing technological lag behind global competitors and positions DeepTech as a strategic priority to enhance sovereignty and economic resilience. Startups often face significant challenges in scaling, entering new markets, refining products, deploying go-to-market strategies, and securing investments, making targeted support at inflection points essential.
The program seeks startups that are approaching a pivotal stage in their growth journey, particularly those contributing to sectors vital for Europe’s long-term strategic autonomy. It recognizes excellence through three main categories: Women in DeepTech, Decarbonation, and AI & Robotics, each celebrating leadership or innovative solutions that drive impact within the DeepTech ecosystem.
The three selected winners will gain access to a high-level ecosystem designed to accelerate their growth and visibility. This includes invitations to exclusive networking events such as the VivaTech CEO dinner and a Connectivity Dinner, a one-year membership to France DeepTech, and dedicated communication support through France DeepTech and McKinsey social media platforms.
Eligible startups must have been incorporated less than eight years ago and have fewer than 100 employees, ensuring the focus remains on emerging companies with strong growth potential. While the program offers substantial ecosystem access and visibility benefits, no specific funding amount has been specified.
