Deadline Date: February 13, 2026
The Manufacturers Monthly is accepting applications for its Endeavour Awards Programme.
The programme recognise organizations and individuals who are driving innovation, strengthening industry capability, and shaping the future of Australian manufacturing. The nomination process is structured to ensure all submissions meet clear eligibility requirements and are ready for assessment and potential publication.
All nominations must be completed in one sitting, as partially completed forms cannot be saved and reopened. Once nominations close, entries cannot be withdrawn, so applicants are encouraged to prepare all required information and supporting materials in advance. To be eligible, nominated products or technologies must be manufactured in Australia or be commercially available within the country. Nominated companies and sites must operate in Australia, and executives put forward for individual awards must both reside and work in Australia.
Each nomination must include a high-resolution image of at least one megabyte suitable for print publication. Supporting documentation such as equipment specifications, photographs, or marketing materials may also be submitted, provided individual file sizes do not exceed five megabytes. Finalists will be required to have a representative attend the Gala Awards evening if selected. By submitting a nomination, entrants grant Prime Creative Media permission to publish all or part of their submission in Manufacturers’ Monthly or another suitable publication.
The awards feature a wide range of categories recognising innovation and leadership across the sector. These include the Outstanding Start-Up Award, which honours an Australian manufacturing start-up established within the past five years that has successfully introduced a new product to market. Innovation-focused categories recognise excellence in health technology, aerospace, food and beverage manufacturing, and transport, celebrating new or significantly advanced solutions introduced to market within the past two years.
Leadership and talent are also central to the awards. The Leader of the Year Award, proudly sponsored by BDO Australia, recognises a senior leader who has driven business success, financial growth, positive workplace culture, and broader industry impact. The Rising Star of the Year Award celebrates emerging talent under the age of 30 who have demonstrated exceptional potential and contribution to Australia’s manufacturing industry.
Additional categories include the Advanced Manufacturing Excellence Award, which recognises outstanding achievements in precision engineering, automation, and digital manufacturing technologies, and the Excellence in Sustainability Award, which celebrates manufacturers leading the way in reducing environmental impact, improving resource efficiency, and embedding sustainable practices across their operations. Together, these awards showcase the innovation, leadership, and sustainability shaping Australia’s manufacturing future.
