The initiative is designed to recognize and engage executives who are driving innovation, sustainability, and strategic transformation across the sector.
Eligibility is open to executives working for automakers, suppliers, mobility companies, and automotive service providers operating within Europe. Candidates must be based in Europe, have been born after January 1, 1981, and possess a minimum of ten years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
As part of the application process, nominees are required to clearly describe their current role, the business challenges they are addressing, and their key strategic priorities. This information helps evaluators understand the scope of the nominee’s responsibilities and their impact within the organization.
Applicants must also highlight three major career achievements that demonstrate innovation, leadership capability, and measurable improvements in sustainable business performance. These examples should reflect the nominee’s ability to drive meaningful change within the automotive ecosystem.
In addition, candidates are asked to submit references from two senior executives who have worked closely with them during their automotive career. These references will support the application by providing insight into the nominee’s professional contributions, leadership style, and industry influence.
