The ASML Emerging Innovator Award 2026 is inviting applications to support the development of breakthrough technologies that advance the capabilities, performance, and scalability of next-generation high-tech and complex systems.
The award focuses on visionary entrepreneurs building hardware and systems beyond theoretical concepts, fostering bold risk-taking, providing mentoring and network access, offering global visibility, accelerating technology development, and helping innovators bring solutions to market to address complex technical challenges.
The ASML Emerging Innovator Award is open to startups developing high-complexity technologies across all fields with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4 to 6, with preference for lower TRL projects that propose bolder, transformative ideas over incremental innovations.
Winners of the award will receive global recognition as an ASML Emerging Innovator Award Winner 2026, gain wide communication and visibility through ASML’s LinkedIn channels, access 15 hours of tailored expert coaching from ASML specialists to accelerate solution development and market entry, and receive a ticket to the official Awarding Ceremony at the Hello Tomorrow Summit in Amsterdam.
