StartupTN invites innovative ideas and solution-driven teams to participate in the Ramnad Hackathon, aimed at addressing identified regional and sectoral challenges through technology, design, and innovation.

The Ramnad Hackathon focuses on a wide range of critical themes that directly affect communities and livelihoods. Participants are encouraged to propose solutions addressing environmental and livelihood challenges, including the management of Prosopis juliflora and the environmental impact of shrimp aquaculture. Other priority areas include waste management and public health, healthcare access and rural wellness, skills development and workforce readiness, and improving livelihoods and market access.
In addition, the hackathon seeks innovative approaches to heritage conservation and tourism development, recognizing their role in preserving cultural identity while supporting economic growth. Water and irrigation challenges also form a key focus area, with an emphasis on sustainable and efficient solutions for long-term resilience.
