The Sustainability Open Innovation Challenge (SOIC), led by Enterprise Singapore with donor support of S$100,000 from Hexagon Group, welcomes startups and innovators to collaborate with leading corporates in delivering practical and scalable sustainability solutions.
The key themes of the challenge are Renewable Energy, Offshore Wind, Greener Industries, Sustainable Agrifood, and Sustainable Materials.
Now in its seventh year, the Sustainability Open Innovation Challenge continues its commitment to supporting breakthrough solutions that address real industry needs. The initiative offers a collaborative platform that brings together innovators and corporate partners to co-develop solutions with the potential for real-world implementation and measurable impact.
The challenge statements are designed to reflect critical sustainability priorities, highlighting where transformation is urgently required and where new ideas can deliver tangible outcomes. Participants have the opportunity to pilot and scale their solutions in partnership with established industry stakeholders, gaining valuable access to mentorship, networks and industrial environments.
With over S$3 million in pilot funding and support, including S$100,000 from Hexagon Group, the SOIC 7th Edition provides solution providers with a unique pathway to validate and commercialize their technologies, strengthening momentum toward a greener global economy.
