The Converge Challenge is now accepting grant applications to support novel business propositions with strong intellectual property foundations, high commercial potential, and scalability by providing training, funding, and networking opportunities.
The focus of this initiative includes fostering innovation with solid IP foundations, connecting innovators for learning and growth, delivering bespoke business training by experienced professionals, and facilitating access to a prize fund shared between a winner and a runner‑up, as well as integration into a supportive alumni network.
The Converge Challenge is open to high‑calibre projects that have the potential to become successful, sustainable companies with positive impact in Scotland. Participants who join the programme will benefit from expert guidance and access to professional networks alongside like‑minded innovators. Successful applicants receive bespoke business training delivered by experienced entrepreneurs, which is tailored to help develop business propositions and prepare them for real‑world market challenges. The prize fund for the Converge Challenge exceeds £85,000, to be shared between the winner and runner‑up, incentivising ambitious and high‑potential ventures.
