After a first edition in the spheres of RegTech and LegalTech, the INNOVÉA Challenge is back with brand new themes around finance, data and process automation. This is an essential call for projects for all start-ups wishing to test and deploy their solution in collaboration with the Caisse des Dépôts Group.

Eligibility Criteria
- To participate in the Challenge, the Participant must have created a user account on the Challenge Site, and provided the required information truthfully and completely, such as their surname, first name and email address.
- Participants who have not provided proof of their full contact details and identities or who have provided them inaccurately or falsely will be disqualified, as will persons refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them and strictly necessary for the purposes of managing the Challenge. The information provided by the Participant as part of their registration for the Challenge is their responsibility and any error, anomaly, inconsistency, intentional or not, relating to the information communicated by the Participant is likely to result in their disqualification.
- The deletion of a Participant’s user account on the Challenge Site will be considered as an abandonment of the latter’s participation in the Challenge. In this case, the Participant, even if he is able to provide proof that this deletion is not his fault, will not be able to re-enter the Challenge, nor will he be able to obtain any compensation from the Organizing Entity.
- Similarly, to participate in the Challenge, the Participant must have accepted these Rules as well as the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy of Agorize as well as that of the Caisse des Dépôts, when registering and creating the user account.
- The Challenge is open to:
- Emerging Innovators: For projects in the ideation or conceptualization phase that require support for market validation and an experimentation grant to reach the proof-of- concept (POC) stage
- Pioneers of change: For projects that have a minimum viable product (MVP) or a product in early commercialization and are looking for support and financing to accelerate their growth.
- This Challenge is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation.
- Participation in the Challenge can be done as a team or individually with the possibility of forming a team if necessary.
- Individually: Individual participants may choose to form a team of (2) to (4) members maximum. Each member of the Team must accept the Rules, by clicking online via the Agorize interface. The Organizing Entity may disqualify a team (as well as all its members) in the event that one of the members has not accepted or has not complied with the obligations arising from the Rules.
- Team: Participants already have a team with a ready-made value proposition.
- The Organizing Entity has full sovereignty to declare a project eligible on the basis of the criteria provided for in these Regulations.
